8am sharp at bus dock 945 (BB Interchange)

Allocation of rooms for tutors and students.

please refer to the diagrams below to which classroom you will be located on sat, as well as the names of the mentees you are allocated to. the same diagrams will be pasted on the door of the classrooms on saturday. we hope that you guys will help shift the tables, etc to sit in the format as stated below. (and also to return the classroom to the previous condition before we leave)


to the tutors with an asterix (*) to their names [in classroom 3 & 4], please take note that you will need to change classrooms during the break. this means that your name appear at the front in the box, you will need to report to the room first, following which after the break, you'll go to the other room. [eg, for the case of Jocelyn / Yao Yang, Jocelyn will be at Classroom C before the break and Yao Yang will be at D, they will swap after the break] please note that the mentees will remain in their same rooms throughout.

For those of you that cannot make it for tomorrow's [21st April 2007] mentoring session. We would really appreciate if you can give us notice beforehand - preferably [by 10.30pm], under the comments link, so that we can make necessary arrangements for your mentees.
