I have arranged for some teachers to take care of the kids so at the moment, I will not require your group to be with me coz there are quite a few logistics issues to take care of but I have promised the kids that your group will still visit us at the centre when school term starts. Thanks for everything.

So sorry to inform y'all about this, but Ms Judy no longer require us to join them for the excursion. I've just received this email and it was equally shocking to me as well. I apologise to all those people who have spent so much time and effort in preparing the games for the excursion.
